Description

The present research proposal seeks to analyze corporate entrepreneurship from the cognitive styles and exchange relationships of the collaborator, based on the singular case study of a colombian graphic sector company - cadena sa; this study is considered in response to a series of dynamics at the national, sectoral, regional and specific levels of this company, where the internal sources of ideation for incremental innovation in organizations are favored, products and services framed in the principles are demanded of rs to generate value and strategies are required to link the team of collaborators in the creative solution of the problems. to develop it, a review of theories about cognitive styles and exchange relationships is proposed,as well as the concepts of innovation and social responsibility; then it is proposed to collect the data through creative techniques, dr. benziger's test, quality criteria, participant observation and interviews, to analyze them through structural equations with latent variables and analysis of social networks (quantitative approach) and gioia's method (qualitative approach). finally, the aim is to refine the initial conceptualization of socially responsible innovation at a theoretical level, while at the practical level, an attempt is made to complement a model for the management of socially responsible innovation at the organizational level (see figure 1), as well as the definition of internal processes of the organization and a repository of ideas to implement ownership of the organizationthen it is proposed to collect the data through creative techniques, dr. benziger's test, quality criteria, participant observation and interviews, to analyze them through structural equations with latent variables and analysis of social networks (quantitative approach) and gioia's method (qualitative approach). finally, the aim is to refine the initial conceptualization of socially responsible innovation at a theoretical level, while at the practical level, an attempt is made to complement a model for the management of socially responsible innovation at the organizational level (see figure 1), as well as the definition of internal processes of the organization and a repository of ideas to implement ownership of the organizationthen it is proposed to collect the data through creative techniques, dr. benziger's test, quality criteria, participant observation and interviews, to analyze them through structural equations with latent variables and analysis of social networks (quantitative approach) and gioia's method (qualitative approach). finally, the aim is to refine the initial conceptualization of socially responsible innovation at a theoretical level, while at the practical level, an attempt is made to complement a model for the management of socially responsible innovation at the organizational level (see figure 1), as well as the definition of internal processes of the organization and a repository of ideas to implement ownership of the organizationparticipant observation and interviews, to analyze them through structural equations with latent variables and analysis of social networks (quantitative approach) and the gioia method (qualitative approach). finally, the aim is to refine the initial conceptualization of socially responsible innovation at a theoretical level, while at the practical level, an attempt is made to complement a model for the management of socially responsible innovation at the organizational level (see figure 1), as well as the definition of internal processes of the organization and a repository of ideas to implement ownership of the organizationparticipant observation and interviews, to analyze them through structural equations with latent variables and analysis of social networks (quantitative approach) and the gioia method (qualitative approach). finally, the aim is to refine the initial conceptualization of socially responsible innovation at a theoretical level, while at the practical level, an attempt is made to complement a model for the management of socially responsible innovation at the organizational level (see figure 1), as well as the definition of internal processes of the organization and a repository of ideas to implement ownership of the organizationthe aim is to refine the initial conceptualization of socially responsible innovation at the theoretical level, while at the practical level, an attempt is made to complement a model for the management of socially responsible innovation at the organizational level (see figure 1), as well as the definition of internal processes of the organization and a repository of ideas to implement ownership of the organizationthe aim is to refine the initial conceptualization of socially responsible innovation at the theoretical level, while at the practical level, an attempt is made to complement a model for the management of socially responsible innovation at the organizational level (see figure 1), as well as the definition of internal processes of the organization and a repository of ideas to implement ownership of the organization
