The present research proposal begins with the understanding of the theories and concepts on corporate social responsibility (csr) to then identify the current state of the discussion through a bibliometric analysis that demonstrates the need to review the regulations (government regulations) related to the theme (valencia-delara, escobar-sierra, & calderón-valencia, 2017). in this context, the legal systems of colombia, b, are selected as the object of study.

Objective

General propose a process for csr management in colombia, france and brazil to from a comparative analysis in constitutional law. specific review the theories and concepts related to csr. identify the current state of the discussion around csr through a bibliometric analysis study the regulations (regulations) of csr in colombia, france and brazil from the perspective of constitutional law. study cases of constitutionality control related to csr regulations (regulations) in colombia, france and brazil. propose a process for the organizational management of csr that fits to the regulatory (regulatory) framework of colombia, france and brazil.
