The strategic perspective allows us to understand the relationship and importance between human management practices and organizational learning (arthur 1992; lado and wilson 1994; wright, mcmahan et al. 1994); the research carried out in colombia on human management is scarce, but when approached from a strategic perspective (calderon, alvarez et al. 2006); it is possible that the cause of this situation is the lack of interest and strategic vision, which is dimensioned in perceptions within a functionalist approach; an example of the above is the administrative approach with little interest in the strategic

General objective to establish the interrelation that is generated between the type of training provided to the teachers of some institutions of higher education ies of medellín and the individual and organizational learning, resulting from it. specific objectives • conceptually address the interrelation that is generated between the type of training and individual and organizational learning. • characterize the training practice in some heis in the city of medellín. • characterize individual and organizational learning in some heis in the city of medellín. • understand the interrelation that is generated between the type of training provided to teachers and the individual and organizational learning generated in some heis in the city of medellín.

Expected results

Description of the methodology the present investigation is of a quantitative-reflexive type and will be approached from the deductive method. the information will be collected based on the technique of the survey and its statistical analysis will be carried out through the spss program. in this way, the methodological design will be carried out in 4 phases: in the first phase called problem formulation, on which this proposal is based; in the second phase the construction of the theoretical model, which aims to achieve the first objective; in the third phase, emphasis is placed on fieldwork, where, supported by the use of research techniques, it will allow the collection of reliable information; and in the fourth phase, theory and practice are contrasted through statistical and conceptual analysis. expected results: article that characterizes the training practices and evidences their quality in the heis studied in medellín -article product of the comparative analysis of the practices and training practices implementations in the ies analyzed -pasantía of a research assistant - presentation
