Description of the methodology the present investigation is of a quantitative-reflexive type and will be approached from the deductive method. the information will be collected based on the technique of the survey and its statistical analysis will be carried out through the spss program. in this way, the methodological design will be carried out in 4 phases: in the first phase called problem formulation, on which this proposal is based; in the second phase the construction of the theoretical model, which aims to achieve the first objective; in the third phase, emphasis is placed on fieldwork, where, supported by the use of research techniques, it will allow the collection of reliable information; and in the fourth phase, theory and practice are contrasted through statistical and conceptual analysis. expected results: article that characterizes the training practices and evidences their quality in the heis studied in medellín -article product of the comparative analysis of the practices and training practices implementations in the ies analyzed -pasantía of a research assistant - presentation
