Conceptually structure a legal logical theory on the due process of evidence, determining the theoretical / practical scope of its application in the new colombian criminal procedure system.

Expected results

Regarding the expected impact, this aims to consider the achievement that this research will have for the national and international academic community, that is, the effect that this work will generate among the theorists of criminal evidence law.
