In our countries the history of law has abandoned the faculties of law, with few exceptions, and has lodged almost timidly in the faculties of history.

Objective

To identify descriptively and propositively the temporal - spatial relationships between latin america and the iushistoric discourse

Expected results

In contemporary socio-legal research, the use of hypotheses has been questioned, considering more than expected results and expected impact.
