Description

The aim is to carry out research on business performance in territories with a strong presence of the armed conflict, complex territories, in which regional development and peace programs (pdps) have been formed, which can be understood as a confluence of territorial actors that they decide to work together to explore novel paths towards peace in the regions and call on the settlers to make proposals from the base, thanks to which they formulate their territorial vision and launch demonstration projects on topics such as peace and human rights, tierra and territorial planning, education, integral and sustainable human development and democratic governance.

Objective

Carry out a case study on the participation of the company isagen in four development and peace programs that allow assessing positive and negative learning about csr in colombia in the context of the conflict and the post-conflict that will live towards the future.

Expected results

Knowledge that can be applied to public policies in the post-conflict environment.business policies linked to postconflict and csr modifications in the university's training plans in csr. there are no known case studies in the country on the specific topic of the investigation. the advantage it offers is the projection towards the post-conflict
