Objective

This project aims to develop an efficient protocol for the production of oil palm vitroplants either via meristematic or by inducing comatic embryogenesis through in vitro culture processes of plant tissues. specific select parental material from oil palm plants to develop in vitro regeneration processes. establish an efficient protocol for the isolation and disinfection and establishment of explants. establish the conditions for induction and efficient embryogenic callor proliferation. establish the differentiation conditions that allow obtaining complete vitroplants ready for the start of the ex vitro adaptation stage. establish the conditions for induction of the root system of the explants
