The present research proposal addresses from a qualitative methodology, the inquiry about the innovative administrative practices in the fields of general management, human management, marketing, finance, sustainability and business ethics. the study is intended to be carried out in 16 highly representative companies in the industrial and service sectors of the city of medellín, while being national and international reference organizations.
Identify the process of innovation as agents of change and impact in the management, in representative companies of antioquia.
This research proposal has contribution to 4 fronts. in the first place, a specific contribution will be aimed at undergraduate and graduate students which will make it possible to expand the frontiers of study and analysis of real cases of colombian management, through a theoretically robust tool and with a specific method.
