Decision making is the basis of administrative management. the traditional process of deciding from the direction, without involving the members involved, has shown not to be the most appropriate.

Objective

Recognize the levels of conversation that are woven in the large antioquia services companies, for decision making.

Expected results

The results of this project generate new theoretical contributions in the management and business administration), applicable to different subjects of the curriculum.
