Description

After ten years of jurisprudential activity of the constitutional court, it is necessary to take a more in-depth assessment of the leading role it has played in the colombian political system.

Objective

As a general objective, within a framework of constitutional theory, the exhaustive analysis of the interpretative work of the constitutional court on the subject of states of emergency will be tendered.

Expected results

Give clarity on the controversy that has unleashed the work of the constitutional court in the matter of states of exception since the validity of the constitution dci 1991
