Description
The investigation is aimed at determining the legal viability of the recognition of moral damages in the event of a breach of contract, under the scheme of the legal system currently in force in our country.
Objective
To substantiate the legal viability that, in the event of a serious breach of contract, the affected contractor claims and obtains compensation for the moral damages received as a direct or indirect consequence of said breach.
Expected results
The products or results of the research have a direct relationship with the management. procedural of the issues in which the problematic issue of breach of contract is discussed. it is a particular unit of analysis
