The human being, insofar as it has a genetic composition, a history, a context, a psyche different from its peers, is committed to think, say, do, interpret and want in a different way to their peers

Objective

Analyze how colombian organizations conceive and confront the dissent of the employees, so that they may question the position they assume before disagreeing, and the advantages and disadvantages that this may have.

Expected results

Establish, through in-depth interviews and instruments that facilitate the confrontation of sources, what is the idea of ??the human being that these three banks have and the role of the latter in the work
