Description

The adoption of a political constitution in 1991 did not only entail institutional transformations, but also a profound re-conceptualization of the juridical dogmatics and the role of the judge in the social and democratic state.

Objective

Establish the correspondence of the exercise of the jurisdictional function with the theory of legal principles, as axiological representations of a material state of law.
