Description

The project proposes to define a support model for the search and improvement of innovative talent that includes the identification of creative profiles using neuro technology and to exercise creative learning with the support of specialists. This model can be implemented in educational organizations or in organizations with an interest in identifying and developing creative learning.

Objective

GENERAL OBJECTIVE: Propose a support model for the search and improvement of innovative talent based on neuro technology. SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES:1. Analyze support models for the search and improvement of innovative talent with the support of a systematic literature review 2. Specify a way to identify creative profiles based on neurotechnology, which provides information on the type of innovator.3. Design a model to help find and improve innovative talent based on neurotechnology.
