The role of the judge has been considered since antiquity as an activity related to peaceful coexistence and social order

Objective

As a general objective, within a framework of jurisprudential theory, we have the exhaustive analysis of the interpretative work of the high coites on the responsibility

Expected results

Deepen on what has already been written regarding judicial error; to be able to explain in a clearer way if the state responds or not for the irresponsible activity of the judge.
