The philosophical and political statement of a social state of rights, implies the adoption of procedural categories that support not only the liberties and individual guarantees of the intervenors in the jurisdictional process, but the civilized forms of judgment that characterize the democratic states. consequently, we have adopted a procedural system located within the category of so-called "accusatory" because it is governed by guarantee principles that humanize the criminal process, whose most important stage is the oral, immediate, concentrated, contradictory and public trial, whose dynamics is generated by the method called "cross-examination" and whose essence at the same time is the testimony as a generic form of conversion of the material evidences into means of proof through the accreditation witnesses.
Build from the concepts of the psychology of testimony and with observance of the parameters applicable to the colombian criminal legal framework, an integral and standard model that can be used as a method to achieve a scientific and reasonable evaluation of the testimonial evidence, referring especially to crimes against freedom, training and sexual integrity, to ensure uniformity and consistency in its application by judicial operators and to serve as a basis for the systems for challenging the criminal process.
There is no scientific valuation model like the one that is intended to be created in this research, so that a systematic comparison is not possible given the empiricism of the methods used at present. the application will be 100% for the jurisdictional apparatus because it deals with guidelines and valuation methods.
