The strategic perspective allows us to understand the relationship and importance between human management practices and organizational learning (arthur 1992, lado and wilson 1994, wright, mcmahan et al., 1994); research carried out in colombia on human management is scarce, especially when it is approached from a strategic perspective (calderón, álvarez et al., 2006); it is possible that the cause of this situation is the lack of interest and strategic vision. in the case of teacher education and training processes in higher education institutions, it is a concern that has gained increasing relevance, even more so in the case of investments whose return is expected in the long term. therefore, establish the ways in which the organization transforms the individual learning of teachers,as a product of high training processes, in organizational learning, for the generation of value, they constitute one of the central objectives of the training processes of any organization and in particular of higher education institutions. in the country and in the region, there is still a weak interest in human management research with an emphasis on the strategic component. similarly, there is little research that accounts for the relationship between the high-level training strategies of heis in medellin and their relation to organizational learning for the generation of value (improvement of processes, creation of new training programs, provision of new and better services, strengthening of teaching, research, extension and internationalization).for the generation Objetivo

Diseñar estrategias para facilitar la transferencia de conocimiento de los docentes de alta formación en la generación de valor en la universidad de medellín.

Resultados esperados

Artículo isi wos o scopus, aceptado. artículos derivado de los resultados de la investigación – enviados (3) estudiantes de semillero específico de investigación de la facultad de ciencias económicas y administrativas. pasantía de auxiliar de investigación. ponencia nacional o internacional que dé cuenta de los resultados de la investigación en términos de los resultados del modelo planteado. ponencia en las jornadas de investigación de la vicerrectoría de investigaciones. envío de un artículo sobre los avances de investigación, relativos al manejo de la transferencia de conocimiento en instituciones de educación superior (ies) consultoría científica en el tema para otras instituciones de educación superior (ies) de la ciudad. las prácticas de transferencia de conocimiento derivado de los procesos de formación en las ies se orientan en mayor medida a la investigación (publicaciones) y la docencia (formación de postgrado) no existe evidencia de investigaciones realizadas en el tema de la transferencia de conocimiento derivado de la formación docente de alto nivel en los procesos de docencia, investigación, extensión e internacionalización de las ies. los resultados de la investigación permitirían orientar la transferencia de conocimiento de los procesos de formación de docente de alto nivel en las ies.
