Despite the fact that the majority of research on construction waste management and demolition have reported that there are many benefits associated with minimizing these (environmental, social responsibility, public image, among others), they have not been clear in revealing which have been the management actions that have been implemented in the projects, what has been its effectiveness in terms of reducing the amount of waste, how to integrate waste minimization actions through a system and the cost / benefit for having them reduced. therefore, the results of the research will serve as parameters for the decision making and future planning process of an sgr applicable to the construction sector.
Develop and implement an sgr for construction projects, which contributes to avoid, reduce, reuse and recycle waste.specific
Methodology: to develop the specific objective 1: documentary observation of journal articles, doctoral theses, conference proceedings, research reports, regulations and legislation, prior determination of key words. selection of the construction materials to which their magnitude of waste will be measured. design of the methodology for measuring the amount of waste in a construction project. validation of the methodology for measuring the amount of waste. on-site measurement of the actual amount of construction waste using the proposed methodology and validity previously. monitoring the on-site measurement of the amount of construction waste. establishment of the baseline.
