Descripción

El acto legislativo no. 03 de diciembre 19 de 2002, al reformar varios artículos de la constitución colombiana (116, 250 y 251 de la carta)1 instituyó el sistema

Objetivo

Conceptualizar las criterios de inmaculación. de la prueba ilícita, provenientes del artículo 455 de la ley 906 de 2004, en relación con el efecto reflejo que genera en los elementos materiales probatorios inescindiblemente vinculados

Resultados esperados

Teniendo en cuenta que la hipótesis científica ha sido definida como la formulación que se apoya en un sistema de conocimientos organizados
