© 2018. The quality of education is an imperative in the management of the university manager. The application of an administrative innovation in a Colombian university is presented; its application and results are determined in terms of the recognition of the individual as a unique being and in his professional training. The effect of this administrative practice at the academic level is identified in several university training programs, and the impact on the perception of this strategy has been formed by the university community.
